An artist born in 1986.

A graduate of the Faculty of Art at the Pedagogical University in Krakow, where he obtained a diploma in painting (under the supervision of Professor P. Jargusz). He graduated in 2011.
Author of five solo exhibitions, including: at the Nowa Huta Cultural Center Krakow.
Creator of several hundred paintings held in private collections both domestically and internationally.

Filip Łoziński exclusively practices painting. He collaborates with major auction houses and galleries in Poland, and exhibits his works at charity auctions.

Regarding the message of his work, he says:

“I tell stories about relationships and their absence, loneliness within crowds. However, I avoid classifying this phenomenon as a problem, I have never perceived it as such. I present each painting to the viewer like an open book. Every character, though imagined by me in the painting, lives its own life. This is a story written by my hand, the rest I leave to the audience. If the painting tells a story about a relationship, in my mind, it is inherently open by its nature. I do not perceive a painting as a solution to a problem or an answer to a question. Relationships are not built on a sense of security, but on dialogue, often challenging. I’m always curious about the dialogue between myself and the viewer, what each person will take away from it. Leonard Bernstein said that a work of art doesn’t provide answers, it provokes questions. Its essence arises from the tension between conflicting answers.“
