We obtained your data voluntarily from you when you set up your shopping account, Artist Registration, and later, in connection with your transactions on our site and in connection with submitting artworks to Auctions and online galleries.
Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data.
Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, tj. based on the necessity of the processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.
Provision of the above data is necessary in the following cases:
Registration in the database of Artists and collectors – is voluntary. We store the above-mentioned data in our database in order to make it easier for you in the future to submit works of art to online galleries and www.3u10.pl and to take part in auctions organized by Galerie 3U10
Registration in the Customer database – is voluntary. We store the above-mentioned data in our database in order to facilitate your future purchases from the Online Store www.3u10.pl .
If you want to be informed about interesting events and business offers you can become a Newsletter subscriber. Joining is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What data we collect
We collect the following personal information in our store:
Name – when placing an Order, you will be asked to provide your name so that we can send you the Order and the possibility of contacting you.
Home address – we need it to ship the ordered Product.
Phone number – sometimes we notify you by text message about sending a Product. Sometimes we also call to confirm the Order, or in the case of unexpected events such as lack of goods in the warehouse, while proposing a favorable solution.
Email address – we send Order confirmation via email and contact you. If you have become a subscriber to our Newsletter, we will send you commercial information once or twice a month.
Address – information resulting from the general rules of connections made on the Internet, such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) are used by the store administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses can also be used for statistical purposes – to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).

Every User of our Store and Artist and owner of works of art has the opportunity to choose whether and to what extent they want to use our services and share information about themselves. If for some reason you do not wish to leave your personal data, you have the right to delete them or not to use our online Store
We do not share any data with third parties. We also do not store confidential data such as your credit card numbers or access data to your bank account.
