Create with me a unique work of art that will remind you of the blossoming of vegetation during the long winter months. I invite you to spend time together in a creative way.

🌿I would like to take you on a forest journey. We won’t physically wander anywhere; rather, we’ll explore the meanders of our inner selves in search of a connection with the forest ecosystem – so close to us, always waiting somewhere nearby to be discovered and explored. A connection that soothes our nervous system.

☯️ In this journey, I will take you through deep breathing, conversation, closeness, as well as paints, brushes, and other painting tools.

☯️ Together we will talk about what contact with nature gives us and how each of us can become a gentle caretaker of nature.

❤️ The workshops are a preview of my exhibition ‘The Forest Within Me,’ which will have its opening on December 5, 2024, at the 3U10 Gallery in Warsaw.

🌿WHAT WE WILL BE DOING🌿

☯️ During the five-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own small work of art under my guidance. We will be painting the forest and forest mandalas. You can expect to immerse yourself in lush greenery.

☯️ For those curious about what such a work of art might look like, I will post photos in the event posts. You can also write to me if anything is not entirely clear.

🌿What will you be painting on? You have three types of surfaces to choose from:

☯️ Painting on two square panels made of thin wood, each measuring approximately 10×10 cm.

☯️ Painting on two round panels, each with a diameter of approximately 10 cm.

☯️ Painting on a professional cotton canvas stretched over a wooden frame, with a total size of 15×15 cm.

🌿A FEW WORDS FROM THE INSTRUCTOR🌿

I have been painting for 25 years, and I have been a professional painter for over a decade. I have a background in philosophy (with a specialization in the philosophy of art) and cultural studies. In my work, I focus on the impact of color and the power of intricate detail, which I weave into themes related to ecology, psychology, and spirituality. In my painted landscapes, you will primarily encounter trees and the spirits of the forest, power animals, as well as mandalas, which for me represent the complex inner life of a person in relation to the multitude of experiences of the external world.
